Through the South Molton development, Grosvenor will also be working with a partner on the delivery of a new 5* hotel opportunity at 40-46 Brook Street (outlined in pink on the map opposite) and a rejuvenated South Molton Street (outlined in orange on the map opposite) through which 33 private & affordable homes and 35 new shops cafés & restaurants, which in tandem with extensive new public realm schemes, will bring new life to the West End.

The South Molton development will deliver about 75,000 sqft of retail space, 40,000 sqft of residential accommodation and over 200,000 sqft of offices.
